I come forth to remind you of the Middle Way. You live in a time when extremes have become the norm in your everyday life but it doesn’t need to be so. Living with extremes can be exhausting and discouraging and in many cases it puts such strain on your emotional and physical body that it doesn’t allow you to see the beauty of each moment.
Divisiveness seems to be the Truth of existence but it is just an illusion. Your society as a whole has become so divided that you, individually, are seeking comfort in finding what “side” you belong too, and that in many areas of your life, like politics, religion, education, but also nutrition and even exercise. There seems to be a right and wrong thing to do in every area. Can you see how stressful it is? How detrimental to your growth and happiness?
Happiness lies in the middle way. For example, let's say that you prefer to eat raw vegetables. It doesn’t mean that it’s The Way, certainly it is not suitable for everybody. It doesn’t mean you fail when you eat something else either. It doesn’t mean that people eating differently “don’t get it” either.
It is important to choose what you prefer, at the condition of doing so from Love for yourself, for others, and with acceptance of the divine plan that you don’t know. Seeking safety and security, your mind wants you to assume that your way must be everybody’s way. But It is inconsistent with the flow and expansion of Life, which aims at having as diverse experiences as possible to keep knowing Itself better.
Even though your society right now seems to say that extreme thinking is a sign of power or leads to a better life, it isn’t so.
By living from the Middle Way, with compassion for all living beings, you can set in motion a rise in your collective vibration, that all may find peace and joy again.
My friend, I came forth to say that it starts with you. Thank you, and may all sentient beings live in harmony.
